PT Krakatau Posco (“PTKP”) hereby invites qualified IT companies / software resellers specializing in SAP licensing solutions to participate in the vendor registration process for the SAP SuccessFactors License Extension procurement. Interested companies are expected to meet the following qualifications and requirements.

General Requirements

• The company must be a legally established entity (Limited Liability Company / PT) with a valid business license relevant to the Information Technology sector.
• Must be an Official SAP Partner, proven by valid SAP certification authorizing the company to sell SAP SuccessFactors licenses.
• The company must not be involved in any legal dispute that may affect its capability to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Willing to comply with all procurement policies and procedures of PT Krakatau Posco.

Scope of Work

Provision and extension of licenses for the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS ecosystem, including but not limited to the following modules:

• Employee Core HR
• Employee Central Payroll
• Performance & Goals Management
• Succession & Development

Technical Criteria

• Provide assurance of system availability and post-extension technical support.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in handling SAP license renewal or extension projects.
• Capable of direct coordination with SAP Indonesia and/or SAP Global in case of administrative or technical issues related to PTKP’s account.

• Proof of SAP partnership certification
